We carry 1000’s of the most common printer parts in stock to enable us to carry out repairs not only quickly and efficiently but also in a cost effective manner. Our Warehouse and Workshop Facilities are located in Longton, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire with easy access from the A50.

All above price are PLUS PARTS IF REQUIRED (including toner and ink cartridges) prices correct as of April 2025 repairs are guaranteed for 30 days or 1000 prints whichever is soonest.
All workshop repairs include a diagnosis charge, and do not include any spare parts that may be required. If its a simple fix then this is all you pay.

Printers collected will be quoted at workshop rates PLUS PARTS IF REQUIRED (including toner and ink cartridges)
Please ensure enough ink or toner to enable us to test the machine if you do not wish to purchase our supplies.
All services will be quoted and billed before returning printer to you, with no hidden costs.
PC & Laptop Repairs
Pricing for PC & Laptop Repairs from £47.50

All repairs include 1hr workshop labour, additional hours subject to quotation, prices do not include any spare parts that may be required.
Any fixed price repairs quoted over the telephone are for the repair stated based on the customers fault diagnosis/explanation, further repairs may incur extra costs over and above this initial quotation.
We are happy to install your parts or we can supply completive rates on replacement spares from our suppliers, all new parts are covered by 12 months manufacturer warranty, refurbished parts 3 months return to base warranty.
